its not the like first time ever that ive touched charcoal but it was like the first time i sat down and did a project with it you know? And it is all charcoal, the white is white charcoal but what i did was put charcoal powder down on the paper and spread it around and drew the lionfish with an eraser and added the darks in with charcoal... i recommend doing that because it gives your picture a lot more tones you know?
